How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking in advance for the best availability. A few hours' notice often works for local trips, but airport transfers, early-morning rides, and busy Austin event days should be reserved at least 24 hours ahead.

Is there surge pricing?

No. Your rate is confirmed before your ride and does not change with demand, weather, traffic, or time of day. What you see is what you pay.

Where will my driver meet me at AUS?

Your chauffeur meets you near baggage claim for meet-and-greet service, or at the terminal curb if you prefer a direct pickup. We track your flight so we know if you arrive early or late.

What vehicles are available?

City Class uses four vehicle types: Toyota Camry hybrid sedan, Tesla fully electric sedan, SUV (up to 7 passengers), and Honda Odyssey minivan (up to 7 passengers). We do not add random vehicles outside this locked fleet.
