These Terms of Service govern your use of City Class by TopRideLimo transportation services and website. By booking a ride or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Booking and reservations

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by text. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team.

Rates and payment

All rates are quoted and confirmed before your ride. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods arranged in advance. Gratuity is not included unless specified.

Cancellations

Cancellations with reasonable notice are typically eligible for a refund or account credit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. Call or text (512) 705-6065 to modify or cancel a reservation.

Waiting time and stops

A reasonable grace period is included for most pickups. Additional waiting time, extra stops, or route changes may result in additional charges. Hourly as-directed service is billed based on reserved time.

Luggage and passenger capacity

Vehicle capacities shown on our fleet page are practical limits for adult passengers and typical luggage. If your group exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle, we reserve the right to provide a larger vehicle or cancel the ride with applicable fees.

Conduct and safety

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.

Limitation of liability

City Class by TopRideLimo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ride.

Insurance

City Class by TopRideLimo maintains commercial auto insurance for all vehicles and trips. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
